Women's Self-Defense in Tucson AZ

A 2-day course designed to empower and educate women. The focus of this series is to learn and practice methods that may decrease the likelihood of becoming a victim through education as well as the use of physical techniques.

A 2-day course designed to empower and educate women. The focus of this series is to learn and practice methods that may decrease the likelihood of becoming a victim through education as well as the use of physical techniques.

 

Womens Self-Defense
2 day weekend class

Designed to promote self-confidence, self-discipline and fitness

Classes taught in a fun, safe atmosphere with an emphasis on when it is appropriate to use these skills and when it is not.

This class is offered 4 times a year and is a 2 day weekend class. We offer a level I and Level II classes; however, women must compete level I training prior to attending the level II class. The level II class is offered approximately twice a year with a class limit of 15 students. The level I class has a class limit of 30 students.
